› Press – 1 to record company greeting (select greetings 1 to 32)

› Greeting -1 record company name (example: thank you for calling ABC company)

› Press – * (star) to exit main menu

› Press – 3 to custom service menu (select greeting 1 to 100) for TVA system

› Press – 4 to custom service menu (select greeting 1 to 100) for TVS system

› Greeting – 1 record main greeting (example: if you know your parties ext. you may dial it at any time )
